1. No Refunds
All publications sold through this platform are provided on a strictly non-refundable basis. Upon successful placement and delivery of an order, the customer shall not be entitled to any cancellation, return, or monetary refund under any circumstances.

2. Limited Replacement
Replacement shall be permitted only in the event that the publication delivered:

• Contains a material printing defect; or
• Is received in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery.

3. Time Limit
Any request for replacement must be raised within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery, failing which the publication shall be deemed accepted in good condition and free from defects.

4. Replacement Conditions
Replacement shall be subject to the following conditions:

• The publication must be unused and in original condition
• Satisfactory evidence of defect or damage must be provided
• The publication must be returned, if required, in original packaging

All requests shall be subject to verification and inspection before approval.

5. Exclusions
Replacement shall not be available in cases including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Minor aesthetic variations
• Damage occurring after delivery due to handling, storage, or use

6. Sole Remedy
Replacement of the defective or damaged publication shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, our liability shall be strictly limited to replacement of the publication in accordance with this policy. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Consumer Protection Compliance
Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit or waive any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules thereunder. This policy is intended to operate in compliance with applicable law and shall be interpreted accordingly.
